WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM?

The Speech Language Pathology Training Program equips trainees with effective techniques and strategies for identifying, managing, and treating various speech and language disorders. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and practical application — including hands-on experience with real clients — participants build the clinical skills needed to work confidently in this field.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum of 16 years of education (BS degree) in Psychology, Speech-Language, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy, along with intent to complete an internship and gain hands-on client experience.

Course Structure

100 hours of training delivered over 3 months, held every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, structured across three progressive levels with prerequisite requirements.

Fees

Level 1 and Level 2 are Rs. 25,000 each, while Level 3 is offered free of charge. A 50% discount is available for University of Karachi students.

Selection Process

Candidates undergo an academic record review, a psychological assessment screening for emotional and interpersonal suitability, and a formal interview.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 16 years of education (BS degree) in Psychology, Speech-Language, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to complete an internship, which is mandatory for candidates on the program
  • Interest in gaining hands-on experience working directly with clients

COURSE STRUCTURE & SCHEDULE

  • 100 hours of training delivered over 3 months
