Peer pressure and fake social media influencers cause immature minds to divert and make them self-conscious, which breaks their confidence and developmental issues like depression and anxiety. Following the fake Instagram influencers and their not-so-real lifestyle can distract teenagers from reality, becoming ungrateful regarding status, followers, friends, wealth, and beauty. But these issues arise with the sense of comparison. Depression, anxiety, insomnia are the most common health problems in youth. The leading causes are the lack of physical activities, emotional control, and poor lifestyle. Youth engaged themselves in such drugs and games that took power to their mind. Most gamers are more like to have weird personalities, anger management issues, and no temptations control. So here come again, the era of AI and more technological success is diverse effects on immature minds. We need to create sessions, social interactivity control; digital is not the real world after. The real-life begins outside the mobile screen, so it is more beautiful and warmer than that Facebook feeds. People need to maintain a good lifestyle with maintaining a balance digital presence. Reading good books can help learn skills like art and crafts, physically meeting new people, and sports. These some recreational activities can help you on a fundamental level. But if you think that you have intense issues, you can surely call any professional help. In Pakistan, our citizens do not promote therapist and mental issues as severe, but we need to cope with them without getting too late. Breaking the stereotype is our purpose. Mental issues are a severe problem that anyone of any age can face at any stage of life. We can at least play our part to create awareness among all the people out there.
